The acquisition includes overall operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria and Poland.
Marly, France - Lyreco, a leading distributor of workplace products and solutions in Europe and around the world, announces today that it has successfully concluded its acquisition of Staples Solutions’ overall operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria and Poland, as well as Staples Solutions’ Central Shared Services (IT, eCommerce, Customer Experience, Merchandising, Supply Chain Planning and Finance) primarily located in Poland and The Netherlands. The acquisition will enable nearly 1,600 employees across various different functions to join the Lyreco teams. The sale was completed following local regulatory authorities’ approval.
