Dolph Westerbos joined Staples Solutions on November 2017.
Dolph has over 15 years of CEO and executive management experience. He held various executive management positions at large-multi-national listed companies around the world, with a focus on B2B sales & services: supply chain, technology and asset management. Prior to joining Staples Solutions, he was CEO of Westcon Group (trading as Westcon-Comstor), a global technology distributor providing solutions in cyber security, networking and communications. He has also held executive management positions at Brambles-CHEP, Dell, and ModusLink.
Dolph holds a degree in Management from Stanford University.
Chan Galbato is Chief Executive Officer of Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC. He serves as Chairman of Avon Products, Inc., Director of New Avon LLC, Director of Blue Bird Corporation and Director of DynCorp International and as a Director of Steward Health Care, LLC. Previously, Chan served as a Director of the publicly-traded Brady Corporation for seven years, including as Lead Director. He also served as Chairman to North American Bus Industries, Inc., Guilford Mills and YP Holdings LLC until their sales in 2013, 2012 and 2017 respectively, and as Director of Tower International, Inc. until Cerberus’ exit in 2014.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Chan was President and CEO of the Controls Group of businesses for Invensys plc and President of Services and of the commercial distribution arm of companies for The Home Depot.
Chan also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Floor products and Chief Executive Officer of Choice Parts, a joint-venture start-up. He spent 14 years with General Electric Company, holding several operating and GE Finance leadership positions within their various industrial divisions (including Transportation (Locomotive) Systems, Aircraft Engines, Medical Systems and Appliances), as well as holding the role of President and CEO, Coregis, a G.E. Capital company. Before beginning his business career he played professional baseball with the Montreal Expos in their minor league system.
Chan holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York
Peter Ventress has over twenty years of senior general management experience primarily in B2B service industries, including distribution, manufacturing and retail. Most recently, he was CEO of Berendsen plc, a business specializing in outsourcing of textile rental products.
Previously, he was International President at Staples, Inc., responsible for the company’s business outside the USA, including Europe, Australia, China, India and South America. Peter was also previously CEO of Corporate Express NV, which was acquired by Staples, Inc. in 2008.
Peter serves as Chairman of Galliford Try plc and as Director of BBA Aviation plc and Softcat plc. He also has roles in education as a Foundation Director of a multi-academy schools trust in Kent and as a member of the Audit Committee of the University of Kent.
Peter is a graduate of Oxford University and the Open University in the United Kingdom.
Stassi Anastassov is a Senior Advisor at CDH Investments, one of the largest alternative asset management institutions focused on China, and TSR Limited.
Stassi also serves on the board of the Better Shelter company - a company linked to the IKEA foundation whose mission is to provide refugees with dignified housing solutions.
Previously, Stassi spent almost 30 years at The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G), holding various roles throughout Europe, the United States and the Middle East and Africa. Most recently, Stassi was the Global President and CEO of Duracell (a division of P&G), where he led a major turnaround of the brand ahead of its eventual sale to Berkshire Hathaway.
Stassi has previously also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Nanping Nanfu Battery Co., the largest Chinese Alkaline Battery manufacturer, and the Duracell PowerMat joint venture.
Stassi is a graduate of Uppsala University, Sweden.
Craig Brooks is Managing Director of European Private Equity of Cerberus European Capital Advisors, LLP and is based in London.
Mr. Brooks has been an investment professional since joining Cerberus in the U.S. in 2004 and is focused on acquisitions of companies in Europe and the U.S. Prior to 2004, Mr. Brooks worked at Morgan Stanley and Houlihan Lokey where he executed M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions. Mr. Brooks received his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
Christopher Holt has nearly 30 years of experience as a legal advisor to public and private businesses and their management teams, and is currently a Senior Operating Executive and the global General Counsel of the Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC.
Serving as a senior legal advisor, Mr. Holt is focused on acquisition, operation and sale of companies, and has previously worked as a director of various Cerberus portfolio companies. Before Cerberus, Mr. Holt was the chief legal officer, corporate secretary and head of regulatory and external affairs at several public and private companies, including a Cerberus portfolio company. Mr. Holt is a graduate of Drew University, Madison, New Jersey and the Catholic University, Washington, D.C.
